How does approval work?
The order is submitted for approval; approvers approve or reject it with a reason and are notified.
Can I list items without a fixed price?
Yes – an empty price is shown as "price on request".
What happens to items that were already ordered?
Deleting them deactivates them instead, so old orders stay complete.
